Singer, Bach and Associates, headquartered in Tucson, Arizona, was born of necessity. For over the past decade, those using third party collections have struggled with provider diversification, mergers and other factors resulting in lackluster performance in the areas of net dollars returned and client service. The managing members of this firm answer these concerns with grass roots solutions.

Unlike most agencies currently in our industry, 99% of our income is still derived from commercial collections and related litigation only. Through our unique process we’ve been able to significantly increase our client’s net dollars returned. Specifically, because all claims and clients receive personal attention by dedicated teams, little is overlooked and without exception if dollars go un-recovered procedure is highly scrutinized.
